COMILEV for export

COMILEV proposes for exportation the whole range of telescopic and telescopic with pendular access platforms from 8 to 46 m height. Either on light vehicles, on heavy trucks, or with workshop cells, COMILEV conquered the market by the quality of its products.

Otherwise, the range of fire fighting platforms, (FFP) was developed with the close cooperation of the French firemen to improve existing technologies in the market. Consequently, innovations which increase safety, handiness and robustness of the FFP for rescue and fire fighting, were born with the appearance of FFP range.

COMILEV’s manufacturing, makes the difference:

Manufacture

• All parts of the arm are granulated, and painted in its totality (including closed and  hidden parts)
• All parts are cut by laser
• Self-lubricating bushings with points of greasing on all axes.
• Jacks assembled on kneecaps 

Hydraulics:

• At COMILEV all hydraulics (distributors for the elevator and stabs) are always gathered together,
• Proportional hydraulic distributors from SAUER/ DANFOSS allows making simultaneous several movements with progressiveness,
• All hydraulic hoses have a numbered reference mark on

Electrical System

• Electrical system is also gathered (electrical equipment box with numbered located cables)
• On the platforms mounted on heavy trucks the electrical control is with cards with relays (more robust, simple and reliable) and not with programmable electronic cards.
• All the control buttons are Schneider manufacture

Safety:

• Balancing valves system ensures the horizontality of the basket (hydraulic parallelogram by principle of communicating vases)
• Valve of balancing instead of the flask valves
• Doubled holding circuit of the basket horizontality for more safety (two transmitting jacks out of turret and two receiver jacks under the basket),
• Sensors of end of the road on each telescope, which says: telescope left by entirety.
• Double chain in the telescopes (reinforced special chains)

 Stress Limiting Device:

• System with pressure controllers (on for the light vehicles),
• Inductive sensors measuring the deformation of the arms on heavy vehicles (looping of a magnetic field detecting a threshold of shunt for each sensor). 

Basket:

• Basket in polyester anti fire M1 class
• Orientation of the basket of 2 X 90° allowing a parallel position regarding the arm boom
• Acceleration of the driving mode allows remote acceleration of the engine only when an order of movement is done (economy of the engine)
• External control panel on the basket is integrated and protected against weather, dust and shocks.

Access Platforms mounted on Light Commercial Vehicles – LCV

Mounted on of light commercial vehicle (Urban vehicle – Urban Light Vehicle) with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating lower than 3,5 T, in frame cabin version or van of all brands, the COMILEV’s lifting access platforms, can be droved with a regular licence.

Thanks to their small overall dimensions, COMILEV’s access platforms on commercial vehicles are perfectly adapted to types of working sites, in urban environment or rural, offering an effective work.

The range consists on several models with the following characteristics:

• Height of work starting from 10 m
• Carrying capacity on the basket 1 or 2 people
• Rotation 420°
• Outreach starting from 5,50 m
• Progressive electro hydraulic controls for all movements.
• Basket in polyester with total opening isolated for low tension.

Access Platforms mounted on heavy trucks - HT

On Heavy truck (HT) frame of all brands, starting from 6 tonnes of GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating), COMILEV’s telescopic lifting aerial platforms, constitutes a very wide range of models which satisfy all kind of work (urban, peri-urban, rural, public lighting, maintenance of electrical networks, pruning, maintenance of frontages, etc…).

Their principal assets are: the compactness, great facility of operation (thanks to a proportional distributor) and type of kinematics, which allows reaching difficult places (with precise approach, passage behind obstacles).

The diversity of the many models shows the following characteristics:

• Height of work of 15 m to 46 m
• Weight on the basket, 2 people 200 daN or 265 daN  up to 5 people 500daN (on bigger access platforms).
• Rotation 420°
• Outreach of 10 m to 22,70 m
• Electro hydraulic proportional control allowing the operation of several simultaneous movements.
• Basket in polyester with a wicket with total opening; insulated for low tension or metal basket for pruning use, with a rotation of 90° for both sides
• Cant 5% slope 15%.
• Double circuit holding the horizontality of the basket (increased safety).

Telescopic pendular access platforms with workshop cells - TPC

Mounted on all types of frame on heavy trucks since 6,5 tonnes, COMILEV’s aerial platforms, telescopic with pendulum arm are equipped with a cell workshop or cabin. They are perfectly appropriate for maintenance of aerial cable networks. Those can also be equipped with standard body trunks in the place of the cabin workshop.

The characteristic of the kinematics of the pendulum telescopic arm from the standard aerial platform COMILEV, allows to be particularly well adapted to any kind of work, the cabin being used to keep the tools and materials for the work. It gives to your team the necessary autonomy for maintenance of all kind of aerial networks.

Besides, certain options can reduce the time for setting up at station, increasing the machines productivity.

• Weight on basket 1, 2 or 3 people
• Outreach from 7 m to more than 22 m

• Allowed cant 5%, allowed slope 15%.
• Double control for the horizontality of the basket (increased safety).
