Digger derricks

RISA’s digger derricks are synonymous of robustness and driveability. Our equipments are separated on two ranges: digger derricks mounted on trucks and digger derricks mounted on slow carrier; they are designed to satisfy all the needs for installation and maintenance of aerial networks.

From crane 45.33 to with the powerful 100TA30, the choices offered by RISA combine ergonomics and versatility, and they are manufactured according CE norms.

RISA carry out any kind of assembly of digger derricks on 4x2, 4x4, 6x4, 6x6 trucks, for the use in the different kind of fields.

The range on slow carrier integrates two categories, Challenger and Spartiate :

Challenger is an off road machine, with hydrostatic feed of great performance, equipped with four drive and directional wheels it is able to operate under the most unfavourable conditions of ground. This equipment is a 100% manufactured by RISA. Available on TA60.33 and TA65.33 versions.

Spartiate is an off road in a low cost version; this conjugation of quality, power and economy conquered several overseas markets. With an optimal installation on an adapted tractor, the Spartiate is equipped with two versions of powerful digger derricks. Available on TA50.30 and TA60.30 versions.

Rock trenchers

The rock trenchers manufactured by RISA, join together several innovating characteristics, assured by valid patents which make our rock trenchers unique.

Our concern: to develop compact, as powerful trenchers in urban environment as for important work sites. The fast fastener characteristic of our trenchers allows the use of several tools, a tool chains or a rock saw, for the opening of trenches according to the user's needs.

RISA’s rock trenchers also can realize:

• Total recycling of spoil
• Loading of spoil on a truck at the same time as the machine trench.
• Put spoil on one or the two coasts of the trench
• Carry out the mechanized pause of cables and pipes
• Install the ribbons warning signals
• To sand the bottom of trench

All functions of the machine are controlled via a remote control; it allows the operator to be out of the noise, dust and vibrations, while supervising the work which is carried out.

The sliding chain patented system, guaranteed an increase of 30% of the performance of cutting.

The chain tool always works in the optimal angle, giving two advantages:

1. The system uses the full weight of the machine, to trench,
2. The chain surface of contact with the ground is less important, this increases its capacity of cutting, considerably.

The system of side shift of the cutting tool by hydraulic cylinder allows our equipment to work in urban environment with considerably less embarrassment of the traffic of vehicles, safeguarding the pavement. The user can choose left position, right or axial.

The vertical tilting assembly on free jacks allows the realization of short radius curves, without any kind of intervention.

Winches

The cable pullers for VHV from RISA are assembled on truck or slow carrier (tractors), and are equipped with hydraulic spud.

We make winches with high degree of accuracy of unfolding, with a very precise brake capable of a frank and immediate stop of the drum.

Our winches have capacities of 6 tonnes / 8 tonnes / 10 tonnes and 12 tonnes.
